Halba's garbage... This needs to change!

... About the garbages problem in Haba's Souk, and after the field visits, our camera captured, at 4:00 p.m. a container-free Halba, and garbage spread almost around everywhere! And this is a result of the lack of municipality's awarness (attached photo) . Moreover, the citizen's culture of keeping their environment clean from garbages is totally absent and we feel things need to change quick around here!
